      I'm picky about hiking boots and shoes - they can't be too stiff/inflexible. These boots are perfect for me. Very flexible, comfortable - first day wearing I didn't have the pinching or stiffness that comes with breaking in a new pair of hiking boots. GREAT stuff.

        The overall appearance of this shoe is awesome. The tread is one of the best I've seen in any hiking shoe. These are light-weight, flexible and very comfortable. For the overall styling and functionality, you can't beat the price. Not sure how long these will last, but out of the box they appear to be of very good quality, about as good as any other brand. I only wish these were waterproof, but all of the other pros outweighed this feature for me.

          When I did step in water, the boots were breathable enough to keep me comfortable for the rest of the hike. Great value for the price! Very happy with these boots! Usually I need to add arch support to my shoes. Not this time. Great support right out of the box.
