            Sent my old feeder in at a cost of 15$. Took over a month to get a response from Moultrie, unable to fix old feeder, send you a new one for 20$. Paid the additional and received a brand new feeder two weeks later. Unfortunately, the feeder didn't work out of the box. Called Moultrie and am still waiting for a mailing label. Extremely poor customer service. Turkey season is upon us and after close to 60 days and $40, still don't have a working feeder.:(
            Monarch, Kenco, and On Time feeders all had a turnaround of less than a week, when I needed repairs. Moultrie feeders are junk and there customer service reminds me of dealing with an incompetent Government worker.

                    I've bought four this spring, two are already broke. And Moultrie's custumer support are impossible to get in contact with, unless you want to hold on long distance for about an hour.
