The metal barrel holds up to 200 pounds of feed for about 4 months of feeding. An all-metal, diamond-shaped spin plate keeps the wind from blowing your feed out and away and distributes feed in a 40-foot diameter circle. The Moultrie Pro Hunter Tripod Feeder can operate on either one 6-volt battery or four D-cell batteries (batteries not included).
