A bulb and beet blend that attracts early and finishes strong. Inspired by the proven success of their late-season brassica bulbs, Winter Bulbs & Sugar Beets is a great diverse food plot offering. The sugar beets are browsed early and the brassica bulbs, powered by the "green" top bulb (the highest preferred bulb BioLogic has tested), make this plot attractive early, but also a strong late-season food source. For years many people have been amazed as they watched deer dig up the BioLogic bulbs late-season. Not all brassicas make bulbs. This blend guarantees plenty of bulbs, plus it has the added attraction of sugar beets. Loved by Northern hunters. A 2.25-lb. bag covers 1/4 acre.

Great product... I would suggest killing the weeds first. Grows fast in poor soil. Not sure if the deer like it yet.

I threw a handful of seeds out onto a gently raked 10X10 patch. Within 2 days I had shoots with 1inch growth. At the end of two weeks, the deer were on it!

Product grows in sunny and shady locations for plots. Sugar beets are usually recommended to be grown near water or to receive a good deal of water for growing. I haven't done much since planting and they're doing great! Adding manure will help these plants flourish. Haven't got into the season yet so I can't say how much the deer like them. Will come back to comment if we get one!
