Comments about Mossy Oak® BioLogic™ Hot Spot Food Plot Seed, 5 lbs.:
THIS IS THE BEST NO TILL FOOD PLOT THAT YOU CAN PURCHASE!!! ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS RAKE OUT YOUR SPOT AND BROADCAST THE SEED AND THEN RAKE OVER LIGHTLY, THEN ADD A BAG OF 40. LB 10-10-10 FER. OVER THE SEEDS AND IT SHOULD TAKE IT ABOUT 2 1/2 WEEKS TO 3 WEEKS TO COME UP. BUT WHEN YOU PLAT THE SEED PUT UP DEER REPEL OR SOMETHING TO KEEP THEM AWAY, BEACUSE THEY WILL EAT IT ALL BEFORE IT HAS TIME TO MATURE. [BUT THERE IS ONE THING, IT HAS TO HAVE SUN LIGHT AT LEAST HALF OF THE DAY OR IT WILL NOT GROW AT ALL. THIS ATTRACTS DEER ALOT. I PUT OUT SOME EVOLOVED HARVEST, THROW AND GROW OUT AND THE DEER NEVER CAME TO IT, BUT WITH HOT SPOT IT REALLY IS A VERY ATRACTIVE FOOD PLOT.

I have a cleared out area in the woods that i can see behind the house. I planted this and deer were all over it within a month. This area is only about 40 yards long and 10 yards wide. My dad and I watched over 20 different bucks eat at this little plot. One of the bucks we estimated to be in the mid 170s. Deer love this stuff.
