      This answer depends on what length rounds you are using, the longer the round, the fewer it will hold.

      For 3 1/2" it will hold 4+1 and the number goes up from there for shorter.

      Typically (for example) duck hunting allows only 3+1 and requires a plug to prevent more from being loaded into the gun. Check with your local laws for the legal number of rounds allowed for hunting specific hunting situations.
