My crossbow shoots 350 fps and this target stopped every bolt. Arrow removal was easy most of the time but when you hit the same hole twice, you might as will throw it on the ground get on it with your knees and crank up your GI Joe grip to get the bolts out.

I use in my garage. Aproximately 10 yards, one finger arrow removal. I am very impressed.

This is a great target for practice, sighting in my crossbow and fine tuning my skills as a archer. It's heavy enough to withstand arrows but still easy to move. The arrows come out very easy. It's coloring enhances accurancy for target practice.
