I am building a trike and had a very small place to mount a fuel tank. The 13gal. tank was the exact size to fit in the space I had, plus it was already set up with all the connections and fittings that I needed. Thanks

I have installed this tank in a 1923 Ford "T" bucket roadster. It is a nice tight fit and looks good when the cover is off too...will be your word of mouth advertiser when my car show buds need a tank in the future.. Thanks

No, unfortunately they cannot be removed. They are actually made into the tank.

does this or any of these tanks have baffels in them ? i am afraid that the slosh in the tank could cause a problem

                    A:

There are not any baffles in these tanks that we carry. That would cause their fuel capacities to be even less than they already are. Sorry about the inconvenience.

I have a 1963 Traveller, Neptune model 19 Foot Inboard Out Board that needs new gas tanks. If given the demensions of the old tanks and the locations of the fill, feed and overflow, can you manufacture replacement tanks in this material?

                    A:

No because you do not want the electric sender to be weathered on because it will cause it to go bad quicker. You do not want electrical connections, like the one you will have to make for the top of the sending unit, to be out in the weather all the time. These are meant to be below deck or in a compartment that stays mostly dry. Obviously it is a marine grade product, but water and electrical connections are not a good mix.
