The top air damper gives you control over the smoke, and a patented side wood-chip-loading system lets you add chips without opening the smoker’s door. While the integrated thermostat temperature control keeps smoking temperatures even and consistent, you can use the built-in meat probe thermometer to keep track of the meat temperature to get those perfect results every time. RF remote controls smoker on/off, temperature, time, and light, and monitors internal meat temperature. Four chrome-coated smoking racks provide 975 sq. in. of cooking space, letting you smoke up to 100 lbs. of food. When it’s time to clean-up, the job is made easy by the removable water pan, drip pan, wood chip tray, and front-access grease pan. Front control panel design creates more prepping space on the smoker’s top. Adjustable door latch helps retain heat and smoke.
