Great Product

I used it to cook the thanksgiving turkey. there is an automatic timer that turns the cooker off at 15 minutes. Would be better if you could set the timer by yourself.

            If you get this thing and have any experience with a cooker, the timer on this thing will totally annoy you. After the timer, times out, the burner shutsdown and you need to start over. I understand the safety issues with these things, but it doesn't allow the cook to do anything but watch the silly thing. If you get this thing, remove the timer and find a fitting to hook the hose up directly to the regulator!

            Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

              The unit itself is an average outdoor fryer, but the timer on this is so rediculously horrible, that you don't want to use the thing. Honestly, who's idea was the timer, because that is the worst thing you could've placed on this unit. The hastle it creates is unbelievable.
