Built in the tradition of one of Marlin's oldest lever-action designs, the Model 1894 is an elegant carbine chambered for pistol calibers. Its lightweight design is quick-pointing and ready to travel. The 1894 has a solid-top receiver that's tapped for scope mounts and an offset hammer that won't restrict vision. The straight grip American Walnut stock is finely checkered and given a tough Mar-Shield protective finish. The sights consist of an adjustable semi-buckhorn folding rear and a ramp front with a brass bead and a Wide-Scan hood. The 20" round barrel has deep-cut Ballard-type rifling with six grooves. Deeply blued metal surfaces. Rubber buttpad. 10-shot tubular magazine.
