The Marlin Model 1892 lever-action was an updated version of the famous 1891 used by Annie Oakley and other sharpshooters. Marlin shipped the 1892 with an extra firing pin that allowed the rifle to be converted from rimfire to centerfire. This unique design feature made the 1892 adaptable for a variety of applications. This rifle features a 24” round barrel, a blade front sight, and an an adjustable semi-buckhorn rear sight. The rifle has a hand-carved stock with hand engraving on the receiver and MOP inlays on the forearm. Its wood, metal, and bore are all in good condition.
