        I actually bought this product as a safety device to be used in our house. I laid them down in the bathroom that has laminate as a slip retardant because my daughter has balance issues and is at risk for falls. So far, they are working wonderfully. I would have preferred long tapes that I could cut to size, though.

          Put them on my lakehouse front steps which are smooth wood and get very slick when wet.My wife has slipped several times and was very worried about someone getting hurt on them. This product provides good footing when the steps are wet.
