Comments about Kolpin Tactical Gun Boot:

Finally The "Koplin Tactical Gun Boot" has filled the need Large Scoped Tactical Rifles. I use a AR-15 with a Magpul Adjustable stock, a 24" Barrel, and a Nightforce 56mm Scope. The rig measures right at 44 in. It is a tight fit length wise and that is how I want it, if you use a shorter rifle or carbine, pad the lower end of the boot so your scope doesn't hit on the case.
All in all it, and the Tactical Boot Bracket make a great set up. I travel rough ground on my coyote hunting ventures and it seems to work great. The padded case that comes with it is very protective and makes a nice mat or rug to shoot from. The case is also handy, and works well for quick access in the field. I am thankful that I finally have a boot for today's Modern Tactical Rifles.
