Comments about Kimber Ultra Carry II Handgun:
This really surprised me. I have a full size kimber and this one is as accurate as the full size one. Easy to conceal shoots great and the price is not outrageous.

Comments about Kimber Ultra Carry II Handgun:
After shooting most different types of compact firearms, kimber has truly hit this on the head. .45 with little recoil (stainless version is even better), worth every penny.

Comments about Kimber Ultra Carry II Handgun:
I love this pistol! Be careful with the slide stop when reassembling. It will scratch your new pistol. ensure the barrel link is lined up perfectly and do not work the slide stop back and forth when inserting it. If posible use something to protect your finish. This is the most accurate pistol I have owned. Well worth the cost. I added rosewood grips and will add night sights soon.

Comments about Kimber Ultra Carry II Handgun:
First 100 rounds were all DEAD ON and not a single malfunction.
I did opt to shell out a couple hundred extra for the absolutely beautiful CTC grips. The firearm comes with an adjustment tool for the laser system but I didn't need to mess with it. If you're going to get CTC grips sometime try to buy them with the gun, you save a few bucks.
I was skeptical to buy a firearm that seems to rely so heavily on a name but now I see where it was coming from. Is it leaps and bounds ahead of the competition? No. Is it priced about the same? Yes. Verdict? Just go with the Kimber.
The recoil spring WILL NEED TO BE REPLACED every 3000 rounds. Kimber has made this known. What do you expect from a 3" 1911? That spring takes a BEATING everytime it has to kick that slide back. Just know that going in and that is with ANY smaller 1911.
End of the day, I am very happy with my purchase.

Comments about Kimber Ultra Carry II Handgun:
is a very good gun, like the way it fits my hands. for a 45 it have very little kick back, only down side to it like all kimbers it takes a few times of doing it till you get use to breaking down the gun to clean it. but other then that i would tell every one looking for a gun to carry to pick this one up!
