Designed for competition shooting, the Model 82 works great as a plinker or varmint hunter as well and never fails to deliver consistent accuracy. Made in the early days of Kimber when they were known as Kimber of Oregon, this hard-to-find rifle has a light trigger pull and offers incredible precision for a rifle in its price-range, creating amazingly tight groups. The rifle comes standard with a German rear aperture sight that, combined with the globe front sight, allow for surprising accuracy. This fine-tuned .22 features an over-sized oil-finished beechwood stock with a Whidden Gunworks palm rest, a 26-inch heavy target barrel, an adjustable trigger, removable stock spacers for length-of-pull adjustment, and a set of scope mounting blocks. Its wood, metal, and bore are all in excellent condition.
