The Kershaw Cinder Folding Knife is small enough to attach to your keychain, yet is still capable of doing most of the tasks you carry a knife for. From opening packages to breaking down boxes, the Cinder has got you covered. Designed by Rick Hinderer, well known for the real-world practicality of his knife designs, and paired up with Kershaw's top-notch respected fit and finish to present this high-performance knife. The short 1.4" blade has an upswept tip that offers plenty of useful cutting edge. Coated with a stonewashed finish, the blade not only looks great but also hides scratches.
The secure locking liner on the Cinder features cutout embellishments revealed by the design of the handle scale. The liner lock makes this manual-opening blade easier to open and easier to unlock and close it. Despite its small size, the Cinder still provides a solid grip by positioning the hand forward past the pivot point, enabling a full three-finger grip. The handle is textured glass-filled nylon to enhance grip even more. A large lanyard hole makes attaching the Cinder to your keychain or pack simple. At the back end of the knife is a convenient, ready-to-work bottle opener.
