Comments about Keen Women's Brixen Boot:
I use these boots to hike in the snow on occasion as well as walk the dogs several times a day in rain and snow. They are awesome! Easy on/off and great protection from the elements. I can't believe a boot can have arch support! So comfy! I loved them so much that I bought a pair of Keen hiking sandals on clearance and they are just as great! Looking for more Keen products! Maybe even a 2nd pair of these boots!

Comments about Keen Women's Brixen Boot:
I was so excited to find these boots! They are extremely comfortable, lightweight, and easy to move around in. I don't much like a boot I can't move my ankle in. However, when I took them on their maiden voyage for a morning canoe trip/short hike in drizzly rain and then fossil hunting in the afternoon, things did not fare well. I was wearing wool socks (of course) and didn't immediatly notice the wetness in my boots. After a short hike, I stopped to grab a bite to eat and noticed my feet were actually cold. Come to find out, after taking the boots off, my feet were damp. Deciding to make sure it wasn't just sweat I put them back on and went to find some fossils! My suspicions were confirmed when I was standing in 5 inches of moving water and could feel the (COLD) water seeping in the boots. This was my first experience with KEEN footwear and I was very disapointed because I have heard such great things about this brand. I will buy another KEEN product to make sure this was just a fluke, but my suggestion, if you want dry feet, these boots will not deliver.
