Features a leather, webbing, and mesh upper with a moisture-wicking woven textile lining. The dual-density compression-molded EVA midsole provides superior shock absorption. An ESS shank is built-in for torsional stability, letting you keep your mind on the task at hand. Outsoles wrap up and over the toes for ultimate toe protection. Removable metatomical footbed provides excellent arch support and cradles the natural contours of your foot. The S3 heel support structure is designed to support your foot on impact, dissipate shock, and reduce your odds of twisting an ankle. Rugged nonmarking rubber outsole provides a sure grip on rough terrain. 4mm multidirectional traction lugs. Imported.

      Worn casually 3-4 times a week, on the trail (lots of rock hopping), 1-2 times a month. Quite comfortable after a painful 3+ week break-in period (my toes constantly went numb!!!). 6 months later, tread starts to separate from the side of the shoe. 8 months later, Toe box seam splits on top. Forefoot outward rolling is a given in these shoes. Very little control. No more Keen for me until they start using Vibram soles. I'll still hang on to this pair for yard work and other on-my-feet-all-day dirty endeavors.
