Product DescriptionThe KL Industries Sun Dolphin 10.2 fishing boat is the perfect boat to fit in the back of a pick-up with no trailer needed. Features include an aerated livewell with drain, console mount for a fish finder, padded swivel chairs, and high-density polyethylene construction. The Water Quest 10.2 is pre-wired for a trolling motor at the bow and stern and comes with a battery box (battery not included). Meets US Coast Guard safety standards.

A:It's rated for up to 7HP. But in the owners manual it says a motor no more than 85 pounds. Yamaha and Tahatsu make 8HP under that weight. You'll find most manufacturers makes 4,5,6 and 8HP. A:Actually will go either place, including the side if you want. but is designed for back to be tillered by person in back. weighs 160 lbs and with a 55lb troll motor will cruise at about 9 kts. Superb boat for a Dad and son in a pond or creek!Answered on 12/11/2010 by Jay D from Texas
