Comments about Johnson Pumps Johnson Cartridge Bilge Pump - 500 GHP Open Flow:
Although I have gotten many items from Overtons for my boats, this pump is used to water trees. This is a high volume, low pressure pump and with a tractor mounted tank, is great for keeping young trees watered, where other water sources are distant.
Overton's is always price competitive and prompt, and "regular" shipping got it to me in a few days.
Thanks,
Tom

Comments about Johnson Pumps Johnson Cartridge Bilge Pump - 500 GHP Open Flow:
I use mine to empty bilgewater out of my 14 foot aluminum Sylvan. It is so energy efficient that I run it off of a 12VDC portable jumpstarter and still have enough current to run my fishfinder 5-6 hours. The garden hose outlet is a great option also.

Comments about Johnson Pumps Johnson Cartridge Bilge Pump - 500 GHP Open Flow:
All the products that I have purchased from Overton have been great. I completely remodled my Sea Ray boat; carpet, total interior, instruments, lights, starter, tilt, etc., etc. Good job!!! I am looking to also purchase a 70 footer in December.

Q:
This pump looks similar to the one on my 1998 Bayliner 2050SE Capri. The pump on my Capri is red and named "Johnson Pump". It is a 500GPH pump with a very similar profile. Is the Mayfair a replacement pump?Asked on 5/31/2009 by Joe from Everett WA1 answer
A:
This would be an upgrade from your 500gph pump as this on is a 720gph, and would require complete replacement.Answered on 2/15/2011 by Justin from Overton's

I do apologize but we do not have a direct replacement for your current bilge pump. This pump will work but you might have to drill new holes.Answered on 2/15/2011 by Toby from Overtons Tech. Dept.
