Comments about Itasca Womens Nadir Mid Hiking Boot:

There are some great things about these boots. I love the colors. With thick socks, they are very warm for not being insulated. They did surprisingly well in rainy weather for short periods of time. They are not great for snow deeper than an inch or 2 (as the snow seeps through the top mesh) but ok for a short time. They have no traction on ice but they really aren't snow boots. Unfortunately they have no arch support and the soles are not comfortable at all, very hard. I had to buy insoles for them. They are also falling apart after 3 months of wear. The inside lining has torn and is coming out in the back and the shoe part itself in the back is weakening. The bottom soles are starting to wear. I walk about 10 miles a day in them. I would not buy them again. I would rather spend a little more for a higher quality boot.
