      only had these boots a couple years and the soles fell off. i only wear them once a year while deer hunting.last year my feet would get wet around the sole and should have taken them back.this year they fell off and now have duct tape holding them together. looking for another pair of boot with quality and affordable.

        I took theses boots out on a cold morning MN whitetail hunt and was very impressed with boots. They kept my feet warm along with two pairs of wool socks. Previously owned 800 gram boots and my feet were always cold regardless # of socks I had on. These Itasca boots do become a little bulkier being that they're 1200 insulated. Not a whole lot of breaking in to do. Pulled the boots out of the box 2 days before the hunt and walked with them on for a few minutes. They performed great. Great boots for the money.
