Comments about Itasca™ Men's Swampwalker Grip 17" Uninsulated Hunting Boot:
Like everyone else, these horrible boots leaked. Not even though one month of hunting in nice weather. I hope gander takes them back. I am standing in a tree stand right now with wet cold feet!

Comments about Itasca™ Men's Swampwalker Grip 17" Uninsulated Hunting Boot:
I have used these for light duty hunting and clay shooting in wet weather. I have had them a year and only worn them a half dozen times but they are fine. I think they are a good value.

Comments about Itasca™ Men's Swampwalker Grip 17" Uninsulated Hunting Boot:
Horrible boot. They leaked right away the first time I stepped into a small stream. Thinking I had gotten a bad pair I took them back and exchanged for new ones. The new ones I got did not leak right away but the sole pulled completely off the left boot after 2 days of turkey hunting. You can't get a hold of the company that makes these things either to ask about their supposed warrenty. But, as usual, Gander made it right, gave me my money back. I'd suggest to Gander to not carry any products made by these guys. Horrible, I guess you get what you pay for. I'll never try another rubber boot other than Lacrosse ever again.

Comments about Itasca™ Men's Swampwalker Grip 17" Uninsulated Hunting Boot:
I bought the first pair to wear to the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness. Keep in mind that these boots are only worn on this trip. The trip was 6 days/5 nights and by the third day the boots leaked around the ankle. This made for a very miserable trip. I took them back and Gander Mountain gladly exchanged them. The following year I took the new pair (2nd) on the BWCAW trip and once again they leaked. Took them back to Gander Mountain and they exchanged them again. Then last fall I took the new pair (3rd) on the same trip and, you guessed it, by the end of the trip they were leaking again. I will never buy another pair of Itasca boots. This year I will be taking a pair of LaCrosse boots.

First time on in Canada this May they LEAKED. Top edge of toe where rubber met fabric was not glued tight. Heel of other boot also not glued - boot came right out of rubber bottom. Poor craftsmanship and factory inspection!!
