I will be using these boots in this PA deer season. I have only gotten to wear them around for "breaking in" so far, but they are comfortable and so far, warm. I'll see how warm they really are in December, but for now, i'm very happy. For the money, you won't find a much better boot. The long zipper i don't feel is necessary, but some may like it.

These boots are not worth the money you pay for them.. I got them for my spouse to for Christmas. The first time he wore them they went into the woods to get a deer out and they had to go thur a swallow creek and this boots leaked where the zipper starts. So they are not 100% waterproof. He has not worn them that many times and where the foot bends they have started to crack open. These boots are poorly made and I would not recommend you wasting your money on them.

I looked at a lot of boots before I chose this one. I like that it's waterproof, warm, and the camo pattern fits my hunting area. As a deer hunter, scent is a concern, but not with these boots! The ajustable leg strap helps keep scent in and the removable inner soles can be "aired out" between hunts. This is the best rubber hunting boot I have ever owned.

    Needed a new pair of boots for a weekend camp at the end of hunting season.Found these and they looked good. Wore them for the camp then put em in the closet until next year. Second time out the next season they were cracked and leaking. [$] down the drain. Squirrel hunt with dogs and put alot of miles on the boots. Needs to be more durable.

      I bought these for my son and my father-in-law and they both love them.I have a pair and loved them if any body knows about teaching your young kids about hunting you know there feet get cold when your sitting all day so a good boot will help. Thats why i bought these.

            You can return them to the store, you have a year. I had the same problem and Gander Mountain was great about returning them, they also gave me a gift card because there was no way I was getting another pair, Good Luck!!
