Comments about Itasca Men's Shadows II Hunting Boot:

I bought these boots from my local GM for early season bow hunting because they seemed decent enough for the price. Despite not having a wide size they fit nicely on my wide feet and were very comfortable. Sadly, within the first hour of walking through some fairly heavy dew on opening morning my feet were completely drenched. These boots are about as water proof as a paper bag. They may be a decent boot if someone sticks to hiking trails but I certainly would not purchase them for any sort of hunting. I ended up returning them to the store I purchased them from and they gave me credit without any issue.

Comments about Itasca Men's Shadows II Hunting Boot:

First off...let me say that the boot in the picture is nothin close to what I got the 1st time or the 2nd time. 1mo later and 2 calls with customer support they tell me that the " picture on the website is wrong " and that they apologize. The one that is in the picture is no longer available and the only one that is is the RealTree AP.All in all,I'm glad I kept them..they have a year warranty, but if they were Gander Mt brand they would have a lifetime warranty. Attn: Gander Mt !!!! Change the description and photo of this product so no one else goes through what I did..less time wasted for customer and you...not to mention less shipping cost for you !

Comments about Itasca Men's Shadows II Hunting Boot:

Wore these boot one time turkey hunting and the inner linings of both boots came unglued just from walking. Yes the boots were a proper fit. Also on the inner heel of both boots there was what seemed to be pieces of plastic under the inner lining that rubbed on my heels and caused blisters. I would have given these a 0 star rating but that wasnt an option! Bottom line is you truly get what you pay for!
