          The ladder was to be used on my floating dock. The construction is so poor (Bad welds) that I don't think it will last very long. The design is also no good. Pinch points everywhere. The hole thing is JUNK.

          Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

            Does this come with installation instructions and hardware? Is this bolt on to the top of a dock walkway?

            • A:

              Yes it does come with poor instructions. Two bolts and nuts were suppose to come with it but they were missing. It does bolt to the top of the dock with 4 - half inch bolts that are not supplied.

            What is the depth from top of dock to bottom step on the 3 step lifting ladder?

              A:

              There is 12" in between each step. However many steps there are on the ladder that is also how many feet the ladder will hang below the dock. To specifically answer your question, item 73503 would hang 3 feet below the top of the dock because there are 3 steps 12 inches apart.
