          I purchased this product for a fiberglass seat box I made for my boat over the winter. It was the perfect size for the project. It's easy to clean, doesn't leak, and looks great. It's been through some bumps, both on the water and on the trailer, and the latches hold up great. The build of the hatch is very strong. Dispite it's large size, it will not twist or bend. When it's closed and locked, it actually adds structural stability to the box. Installation is a breeze, even on board with limited space. I also have several other sizes and products by this manufacturer, and you really can't go wrong. I am completely satisfied.

                I replaced five hatches of a similar size with these. (First I bought three, then I liked them so much I decided to get two more). I am very pleased with the color and fact that they have stainless steel hinges in this price range. Warning: do not use the template to make the openings for the hatches, use the hatch itself.
