Product Description
hunter_safety_system This Lifeline helps make the most hazardous part of your climb safe and secure. Use with the HSS Tree Strap or the Lineman's Climbing Strap to install on the first trip up the tree. On subsequent trips, clip your tether into the Lifeline carabiner before leaving the ground and slide the knot up or down as you climb. Any mishaps will result in a safe stop at that point for fast recovery. 30'L.

Comments about Hunter Safety System 30 Treestand Lifeline:

I can't believe I used to climb a tree without one of these Lifelines. You need to use a linesman belt the first time up the tree, but after that you just zip up and down with NO worries about falling. It is a little bit heavy but it is a very sturdy rope. I had slight problems with the prussic knot wanting to slide down too easy when up in stand, but no question it will hold tight if a fall occurs. Will NEVER hunt without one again

                  A:

YES YOU CAN, BUT YOU MUST FIRST CLIMB THE TREE TO INSTALL IT AT HUNTING HEIGHT. IF YOU CLIMB THE SAME TREE FREQUENTLY, SIMPLY LEAVE IT THERE. BUT WATCH THAT THE STAND CLEETS DO NOT PINCH THE ROPE.
