Comments about Humminbird Piranhamax 175 Portable Fishfinder:

I fish out of a dory-style driftboat. One week I'm trolling or flyfishing a saltwater bay for salmon. the next I'm running white water with class 4 rapids fly fishing for steelhead. Then I'm casting or trolling flies in a peaceful lake. I needed a depth finder that I could take in and out of the boat all the time. My first Humminbird portable lasted me 25 years. When it finally gave up I knew I'd go to Humminbird for reliability. My new Humminbird portable is fantastic! Easier to change out, to reposition, to secure. I love it.
