Comments about Humminbird 597ci HD DI GPS/Fishfinder Combo:
I like the product. I feel for small boat fishing on inland lake. This unit is adequate for me. Some of its features I have to learn how to use its results, such as GPS features and marking areas. Not being experienced I wish there was a viedo showing all the features this unit has to offer. Show and tell is a lot easier for me to understand.

Comments about Humminbird 597ci HD DI GPS/Fishfinder Combo:
After replacing my old fishfinder with this one I headed out to my favorite lake, WOW what a difference. The amount of structure that it shows is amazing and the down imaging is awesome. I was able to chart depth and fish at speeds up to 30 miles per hour. The menus are easy to use and understand. The GPS is also a great feature.

Comments about Humminbird 597ci HD DI GPS/Fishfinder Combo:
The down imaging is awesome! A waterproof quick reference guide would be great, as the only user manual is a 130 page manual on a disc. I struggled with figuring it out until I let my 10 year old son play around with it for 5-10 minutes. Then he showed me how to run it. I do a lot of trolling, so I wish I could see the speed when in split screen sonar/down imaging. Overall, it was a great purchase.
