When sighting in my 25 year old Winchester 94 in I was impressed by the accuracy but dismayed by the fact that the gun needed to be modified to function properly. I am having difficulty finding the parts to adapt to this ammunition. Possibly they are available to gunsmiths only? Or maybe they are not available for this particular weapon?

Comments about Hornady LEVERevolution Ammo, 30-30 Winchester:
The name fits, it is definitely an evolution in lever action rounds. They have excellent expansion. I was sighted in with Federal 150G's and had to adjust my elevation almost 8 inches at 100 yards due to the increased velocity and range of the round. This round changed mt marlin 30/30 from a 100-150 yard gun to around a 300 yard gun.

Comments about Hornady LEVERevolution Ammo, 30-30 Winchester:
I use a Marlin 30/30 with Hornady bullets. I shot my buck @ 40 yards and he dropped within 15 feet. My 11 year old son got his buck @ 130 yards and he only ran about 75 yards before he dropped. If you use the Hornady bullets this guns has a much better range and terrific stopping power.

Comments about Hornady LEVERevolution Ammo, 30-30 Winchester:
I've shot deer, coyotes and bobcats with these bullets and had great success. They are a little high, but well worth it. I've always heard a 30-30 wasn't a distance gun, but I shot a buck at 225 yards and dropped him with these bullets.
