I wish I had purchased one of these sooner! The BoreSnake is the fastest and most effective bore cleaning tool I've ever used, hands down. I had no issues feeding the weight or pulling whole thing through the bore. I was able to clean three rifles and a pistol in the time it would have previously taken me to put together the cleaning rod on my old gun cleaning kit. Get one today!

Comments about Hoppe's Hoppe's® .22 Rifle Boresnake:
Have used other bore snakes and they are great. The 22 bore snake is impossible to get started due to the size. I have tried to use it in my 22 Hornet and again, impossible to get the snake started. Have used Hoppes products for over 50 years and this is my first bad experience.

Comments about Hoppe's Hoppe's® .22 Rifle Boresnake:
I own several different caliber BoreSnakes from Hoppe's. I've been very happy with all of them. They do what Hoppe's says they do. Great for quickly cleaning your gun at the range. I use them to bench clean as well. Highly recommend. Saves a ton of time.

Q:
Is the .17-.22 better for a .22 rimfire? I have the .22 bore snake and it is so hard to pull through the bore I am afraid it is going to rip apart while in the barrel.Asked on 5/13/2012 by Fotheringill0 answers
