Comments about Hodgdon® .50-Caliber Triple Seven Pellets, 100 Count:

I Hope This Info Helps You If You Are Having The Same Problems I Did...Shoots well in my Thompson Center Black Diamond.. I have a Remington model 700 BP. Kept having "Hang Fire" 1/2 to 1 second delay from 209 ignition to powder ignition, very annoying and effected shot placement. Went back to regular Hogdon 50 gr. pyrodex pellets problem fixed.. MY PROBLEM WAS NOT the Tripple 7 Pellets, My Remington Just Don't Like them, I was told they burn Hotter and need all the 209 flame they can get.. Moral to the Story is " NOT ALL POWDERS ARE THE SAME " THEY PREFORM DIFFERENT IN EVERY GUN, find the 1.. that your Gun like's .. That Remington this year, Found it's mark with, 100 gr Pyrodex Pellets and 300 gr. Hornady SST.
