Comments about Heritage Mfg Heritage Arms Rough Rider Handgun:
I have had this handgun for about 10 years and use it for small game hunting and taking care of pests.
I have .22 rifles but I love to use the handgun instead of the rifles for hunting.
I was looking to see what it like to shoot a handgun
and the first shot I killed a red squirrel at about 30 yards and have been hooked on shooting handguns since.

Comments about Heritage Mfg Heritage Arms Rough Rider Handgun:
I purchased this revolver to carry on walks and to shoot targets with. I am waiting for spring and the emergence of groundhogs for a walking test. I have however, been able to put holes in targets close to where I was aiming right from the box. Add this with the fine customer service I received at Gander Mtn makes for one pleased customer.

Comments about Heritage Mfg Heritage Arms Rough Rider Handgun:
Great gun, for the money. Shoots good, and easy to clean, and change out from 22LR to 22Mag. The finish, seems to be blued, on barrel, but frame seems to be just painted, and will wear off quickly, in areas that come in contact with other things alot. All in all, and good plinking gun, that won't break the bank.
