Comments about H&R 1871 Inc H&R Excell Auto Waterfowl Shotgun:

Was out one day just wasting time in Gander Mt and was pulling guns off the rack, pull one out and it was OK it was 1200 bucks, pulled another one and threw it up on my shoulder and it fit OK it was $ 895. Picked up the third and the first thing I noticed was it being light, threw it up to my shoulder and it fit like a glove, sighted perfect, thinking to myself this has to be expensive, looked at the price and thought it was a misprint, then saw it was a H&R. I have 3 shorguns already, some more expensive then others, but I bought this shotgun, and as the man brought out one in the box he opened it up and there was 4 choke tubes also.

First time to the range I noticed it doesn't kick, maybe like a 20 gauge. Patterned very good better then most of my others, never had a problem with it and it is the shotgun I go to first. Don't be afraid, this shotgun I read is made by SAR, Sarsilmaz
