    We bought these for our first time skier who is 4yo. She handled them well and after 3 attempts was skiing with ease and no fear. She is small and petite and the skis fit her well, not too buoyant or heavy.

        Comments about HO Sports Hot Shot Trainers with DVD and Rope:

        Great trainer ski. The dual handle allows for quick disconect from the boat when skier falls. My daughter got up on the ski her first time. She is now useing the same ski with the regular boat rope and handle with the ties removed. One year on the skis and we are going to start our 4 year old and move our daughter to a slalom combo :)
