I bought this jacket on sale and was lucky enough to get the pants free. I got the jacket in True Timber and the pants in real tree ap. The True Timber pattern is great, more open than mossy oak. I would of gotten T.T. pants but they were sold out.

I got these pants on a Wednesday and that Friday I went squirrel hunting with the pants and jacket. It was 30 degrees and snowing and the gear held up great. All I wore under the pants were long john thermals, and a pull over inner liner under the jacket. This jacket works great as a shell or solo. I am really happy with the strength and weather resistance of this product.

Two things I needed, 6'4" so a tall size and waterproof. Well, batting .500. The tall size is great, the XLT fit well in the arm length, too long in the body but you come to expect that if you don't have a tummy to take up some of that length.
Got dressed in my matching pants and jacket, put on my boots, zipped and buttoned up and went in the shower, going to test this thing out before going in the rain. Thought all was good but the right shoulder leaked on the jacket. Called customer service and they sent me a new one the next day and sent me a tag to return the defective one. Hoping to get a good one on the next go around !!! I will let you know :)

Comments about Guide Series Mens TecH2O Beartooth Rain Jacket:

I purchased the jacket and the pants from a promotional add via Gander Mountain e-mail only. The TecH2O outfit is by far the best Rain suit I have ever owned (I have owned many over time). I hunt,fish,4-wheel,ATV, ride horses, as well as work outside. I played in the rain all weekend and stayed bone dry in my TecH2O out fit. Buy it and try it hope you like it as much as I do.

Comments about Guide Series Mens TecH2O Beartooth Rain Jacket:

This jacket really impresses me, and at an affordable price. It is not insulated so you can wear it as an outer layer in the winter or alone Spring turkey hunting.

I got caught out in the rain with a strong blowing wind and could not feel the wind through the coat. Stayed totally dry without breaking a sweat, very breathable.

I wore this duck hunting while wading in water up to my chest, and never noticed I had my elbows 6" under water until I looked down. Not a drop of water came in!
