My old Thinsulate lace-up winter boots were not keeping my feet warm. I decided to upgrade to slip-on, rubber hunting boot. This pair is neoprene interior, insulated, and rubber outer. I use the boots for all cold-weather activities, including hunting, ice fishing, snowmobiling, wood cutting, and more.

At first, I found my feet sweating in these boots and now only wear a thin polypropylene sock - no need for heavy wool socks! The boots are comfortable, the outsole provides plenty of traction in wet/snowy/muddy conditions. Also, as part of the Guide Series line, the boots come with a lifetime warranty. There is nothing else I could ask for in a winter boot!

first day i bought them we got 4 inches of snow, i got to try them out immediately for hunting. i walk a mile up hill and down, and through swampy area. these boots kept my feet warm, dry, comfortable, and they don't fall off like some boots.

I purchased these boots in Greensboro, NC I was torn between a cheaper boot on sale good quality or this boot the salesman talked me into trying on a pair. Very comfortable and when he mentioned the lifetime warranty if cut or damaged just return to Gander Mountain for a brand new pair. Wow! What a deal. I wear these boots hunting and fishing very warm, dry perfect fit highly recommend .

I have tried several pairs of cheaper rubber hunting boots and there is a clear reason they are cheaper, these may cost a little but they sure feel good and grip ladders good. They are worth the cost.
