Product Description
guide_series The Guide Series Brush Buster Upland Jacket keeps you comfortable and protected on long days in the field. Heavy-duty 58% cotton, 42% polyester canvas fabric withstands tough brush and sticks, while quilted shooting patches at both shoulders help absorb recoil. Mesh-lined panels at the upper chest and lower back offer ample ventilation to prevent overheating. The Brush Buster Upland Jacket features a high mock-neck collar; full-length front zipper with snap-closed storm flap; brushed tricot chin guard to prevent chafing; and hook-and-loop adjustable cuff tabs. The jacket is packed with plenty of convenient storage space, including: two welt chest pockets with hidden zipper closures; two bellowed front cargo pockets with interior elastic shell loops and hidden magnetic flap closures; two side-entry handwarmer pockets set behind the cargo pockets; two rear water-bottle pockets with elastic openings; two attached D-rings at the center front; and an internal chest patch pocket with hook-and-loop closure. Stash your prey inside the taffeta-lined game bag in back, which secures with zipper and hook-and-loop closures at the top and expands at the side seams for even more storage. A front access area with hidden snap closure allows you to load game easily without having to remove the jacket. Imported.

Comments about Guide Series Men's Brush Buster Upland Jacket:

I bough this jacket for pheasant hunting in South Dakota. The look and price of the jacket initially caught my eye and eventually lead me to buy this jacket. Most other upland jackets are ridiculously priced and do not appear to offer any additional benefits. After using it for six consecutive days, I could not be more pleased. The jacket fits well and is very rugged. I walked several miles each day, through various cover. The jacket does not have any snags, rips, or tears. The various pockets and D rings were positioned in comfortable and usable positions on the jacket. Loading the pheasants through the front of the jacket was very easy. The rear pockets held a water bottle comfortably. The temperature ranged from the high 20's to the high 40's each day. I wore a silk weight base layer and long sleeve cotton shirt under the jacket. The jacket was warm and not too bulky. It did not interfere with shooting. I would buy this jacket again in the future. I will buy another one when this one wears out. I hope that GM offers it for many years to come!

I purchased this jacket a few aweeks ago, I wanted a lightweight jacket for Pheasant hunting. I like to wear layers any Pheasant hunter will tell once you start walking you start to warm up.so far I've been in 3 days of 30 degree weather and this jacket proved it's worth esp in the Thickets covered with thorns. I maded it threw and so did this jacket. I'm very pleased with the price and Durability so far not to mention comfort !!
