Comments about Guide Series Classic Casting Rod, 7 1-Piece Medium:

...I wish I had ordered the Medium Heavy action. I have Neuropathy in my feet and hands. The MH would give me a little more sensitivity to detect those subtle bites that some Channel Cats do.
I only fish for Catfish as I have lost vertebrae to cancer and do not have the ability to get around like I used to.
I have nothing bad to report about the rod. It's excellent. I would definitely recommend this series to anyone. It's a very versatile rod.

The photo attached is NOT me, but my fishing buddy. I just thought it was too good to pass up.

Nice rod that will last. Have several guide series rods and combos and for the money they really last. I fish 2-3 times a week and have had most for over 2 seasons with no issues.

Comments about Guide Series Classic Casting Rod, 7 1-Piece Medium:

I bought this rod and fished it many many times last summer and am very pleased with the quality. I use it mostly for casting medium sized spinners, spoons, and crankbaits. Its strong enough to withstand the abuse of 8 pound pike and sensitive enough to feel the light bite of bass when fineness fishing. I caught many 30+ inch pike and 20+ inch bass. Even caught a 7 pound walleye with this rod. I never once thought it was going to break.
