Went to the store looking for another model of lesser construction that was on sale for $100 less. When they were out of that model I reluctantly bought this one. When we processed a deer that night my feeling of reluctance turned to that of a wise shopper. What an awesome machine!! Solidly built and should last for years. Not even warm after processing 50 pounds of venison.
