              This anchor is terrible. Within a week the coating started to come off. It has now started to rust because the it isnt galvanized under the coating. Plus is doesnt hold well at all. I anchor on a sandy bottom and this product has be very disappointing.

                  This is a very poorly manufactured product. The coating is very thin and after my second time using it the coating started peeling off badly. It began to rust shortly after that. Do not purchase this product.

                    The coating saves the gelcoat in the anchor compartment. Caution: the coating adds thickness to all parts of the anchor, so if you have a tight storage space, it may be a challenge to store. Also be aware that the metal underneath is not galvanized, so keep and eye out for breaks in the coating and rust forming.
