      The speed sensor is sold separately. Temp is through the transducer. If you purchase the unit and register it you will get a 10% discount on the Garmin web site. It was $ 34.99 USD with standard shipping.

      The unit is speed capable but you have to buy that extra. It comes with temp sensor.
