Just right to sling over shoulder or neck & shoulder. It goes on and off easily. Does not interfer if carrying another slinged item. A backpack is nice, but difficult to get on and off with heavier or bulky clothes. This makes it easy to remove & large enough to carry items, plus lunch and thermos for the day. I do not know the purpose of the "waist belt" as it is too small for anything. Maybe it can be used to fasten to a tree or stand. The main sling adjusts so I can use on one shoulder or over head & shoulder, and it stays in place.

good design, Fits well, comfortable, carries enough extras for daily hunting. The single carry strap design allows quick removal and range of movement for arms and access to hunting weapon.

I bought this to replace another shoulder carry bag to carry my hunting gear in and out for morning and evening hunts. I was hesitant when I ordered it, but after using it, I like it a lot. I got the same amount of gear into it that I was able to get into my other bag. This bag is a lot more comfortable to carry and more out of the way than my other shoulder bage was. I am very happy with it and I ordered another one for my Son.

I've purchased many tackle packs and bags in the past few years and this is the best. It's much bigger than most fly fishing tackle packs. It can hold all of my fly boxes, plus rain gear, snacks, etc. The waist strap helps balance the weight and it's easy to move around with one hand so I don't have to drop my rod. You can even use it for spin fishing from the bank. Just throw in some plano 3600 boxes and you're good to go! Just wish I had the option to wear it over either shoulder, but otherwise it's a great buy!

I use this for bow/ rifle hunting. Nice to put the essentials in. It's a nice fit, sits very comfortable around the shoulder. Very easy to carry. Only thing I would complain about is that for bow hunting, being up in a tree it's nice to have things right where you need them, this pack only has the 2 pockets so I have to dig around for things in the big pocket. Other than not being my favorite pack for bow hunting, this pack has delivered in all other areas I use it for. Overall a satisfactory purchase and I would recommended this to a friend with warning of the poor organizational feature on the bow hunting spectrum.

Have owned this product for 2 years now. Decent quality construction - zipper travel around front pouch is not smooth - it binds around corners. Would rather have a good quality buckle on waist belt over the cheap plastic snap buckle. Front pouch needs to be larger as it is I can only fit in a small first aid kit and handheld GPS. Needs better antislip patch on shoulder strap it constantly slips off shoulder. Difficult to carry a sling mounted weapon (crossbow or rifle) while also carrying this bag. Would recommend with some reservations. Overall a decent product for the price.
