We bougt this cot for Boy Scout camping and recreational camping. This was the perfect cot to go camping for 5 days strait or just set up in the back yard for camping. It is so comfortable and the size is big enough, yet not too big to fit in a tent. It has been great to set up at a cabin or in our home as well. We have tall guys in our family and they always said the other cots were too small and this was was just right. We like that it is not high off the ground as well as are other cots. We also like that you don't have to fight with it to put it together. Super easy set up. We just love this cot and plan to buy more. The only thing we would change is that it does not come with a carry bag.

This cot is not a space saver and real bulky and heavy. to carry it into location would be very uncomfortable, tho this cot is very well made my needs are to be a little higher off the ground and to be able to have it in a bag for easier transporting. Even though this cot was not for me it will apeal to some, very comfortable to sleep on.

I was actually eyeing a cot from a competitor when I found this one. It was virtually identical but sixty dollars cheaper. Well constructed and comfortable.

Comments about Gander Mountain Mojo Cot:

I purchased this cot to use when staying at relative's houses because I was tired of air mattresses going flat and couches are not comfortable for more than 1 night. I purchased mine a few weeks ago and have already gotten a lot of use out of it because we ended up having a power outage for several days and I stayed with my sister for that period of time. It is so comfortable that I feel like I am sleeping in my own bed, and I have a pillow top mattress. I am not a small person and I have more than enough room to stretch out my legs without hanging over the edge and the dog also has plenty of room to sleep with me. I like that it is not stiff like a traditional army cot, it contours to your body. My nephew had also slept on it when he stayed for a few days over spring break and now wants one for his birthday!

Comments about Gander Mountain Mojo Cot:

This cot is superior! It is so comfortable and versatile. We borrowed one for scout camping & HAD to get our own! In fact, we bought 3 and use them for camping & for guests when they come and stay--they are THAT supportive! It comes fully assembled & is super easy to set up--just like a lounge chair, you simply unfold it! Super luxurious for camping; although too bulky for hiking. Every household should have one!

I don't know the numbers that they give for this but I can say that my husband and I are each near 300 and are very comfortable with these cots. I would say it could easily hold over 350.

            Weight: 20.2 Lbs.

          • A:

When folded, the cot is slightly irregularly shaped, so you might be able to squeeze it in certain places, but it basically fits snug in the cardboard box. The inside dimensions of the box itself are 34-3/4" high x 35" wide x 8-1/4 " thick.
