Product Description
gander_mountain This all-weather insulated jacket features soft, quiet 100% polyester shell fabric with our exclusive TecH2O laminate for total waterproof, breathable protection. Lined with brushed polyester micro-tricot fabric and further enhanced with 150 grams of Thinsulate insulation in the body and 100 grams in the sleeves and hood lining for supreme warmth in even the coldest temps. This feature-rich jacket includes a fully adjustable attached hood, full-zip center-front with wind flap set behind the zipper, cased elastic at back of sleeve cuffs, molded cuff tabs with hook-and-loop closure, and articulated elbow/sleeve seams for freedom of movement. Hood rolls up and snaps in place out of the way when not needed. Two large angled front hand pockets, left sleeve pocket, and interior chest pocket, all with zipper closures. All seams taped for waterproofing. YKK AquaGuard water-resistant zippers at center-front, hand pockets, and sleeve pocket. Fabric deters burrs and resists stains remarkably well. Embroidered goose logo at rear license loop; Gander Mountain PVC patch logo at bottom left hem; TecH2O PVC patch logo at bottom right hem. Imported.

      I use the product for turkey hunting as well as for use during cold wet days outdoors. I love how the coat is waterproof, windproof, and always seems to keep me the perfect temperature, but I dislike the camo pattern because it seems to be unnaturally light and has huge tan patches on the arms that make the coat seem more obvious while hunting.

            Used this product hunting in Pennsylvania (late November)as an outer layer (with matching top). I wore jacket with matching bibs, an insulated vest as outerwear with shorts and a t-shirt on top of under armour base layer. My body was never cold and I sat for hours on the hunts. Performs as stated in literature. More and deeper pockets would be helpful. Only negative is I found the main zipper difficult to zip up with gloves.
