Comments about Gander Mountain Dining Canopy:

I recently purchased this canopy from my local store and used it while camping over the weekend. It was placed in a clearing with little wind break from the surrounding tree line. Aside from it being a hassle to initially assemble in the wind (5-10 mph), it was even more difficult for two people to wrangle and stake down at the same time. Given that the canopy itself and the four legs are separate, it tends to want to collapse during this time. Once it was up and all of the wires were as tight as can be it served the purpose of a $69 dollar canopy, almost. Wind gusts caused the ceiling of the canopy to reverse flex much like a umbrella in the wind. All in all it was a constant pain. Pay the extra money for something more sturdy unless your plan is for this to be used in your backyard. Most importantly, I returned it to my local store and explained my problems and received a full refund.

Comments about Gander Mountain Dining Canopy:

Tried to set this canopy up with two people and it was a nightmare. Needed a third to keep three side up while tightening the ropes. With a light breeze it was flipped over. Ended up tying two corners to tables in order to give it any stability.
