      The numerous positive reviews helped with my decision to purchase these socks.
      I like these socks because they can be used as regular socks in summer and as a liner sock in winter. they fit well for me at one size larger than than recommended shoe size, are comfortable and are thin and breathable enough to keep my feet drier than a thicker, all cotton sock would. I appreciate the review that said to get a size larger than my listed shoe size, which meant to get an XL instead of an L for my size 11 shoe size because the XL's do fit me comfortably snug so the XL was the right choice for me or even perhaps an XXL if it had been available.

          I bought these socks to wear under my wool socks so that my feet don't sweat. I have neuropothy and these socks feel great on my feet. I wear them all around the house.             had bought some other hi tech socks and wanted black ones, Gander Mountain had just the ticket, and without shipping affordable, fit great, aren't wearing out despite prolonged hard use.               My son is on a ship more than 6 months a year completeing his duties as a sailor in the Navy. His feet were raw and red the last time he came home as his socks were never dry. We went shopping for something that would wick the moisture away and came upon these. They seem to be working as he is in the gulf currently and they are doing the job even in the 100+ degree heat.
