        i bought this for only one reason to grind up small quantities of meat 20 to 40# i have the hobart grinder for heavy quantities
        i would like to say if you plan on using this with the crank good luck with the opening tapered all it does is push the meat back out
        but i put a pully and a motor on it and it will grind just fine then you need the speed to get it to grind
